The first picture ever uploaded on the web was posted by Tim Burners Lee (inventor of the World Wide Web) on behalf of a comedy band called Les Horrible Cernettes.

Every day millions of photos are uploaded to the Internet on countless blogs, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, etc. But have you ever wondered what the very first image upload looked like? Well look no further, because the tech site Motherboard has done the digging for you.

In 1992, a picture of the parody band Les Horribles Cernettes, that was digitally altered in Photoshop, earned the distinction of becoming the first Web photo upload.So who are these ladies pictured in the image? The group of ladies were lab employees who worked for CERN, a research laboratory in Geneva where major discoveries have been made, including the project that started the World Wide Web, created by British computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee.

Berners-Lee was looking to test a Web system that could support photos and asked IT developer Silvano de Gennaro to provide an image. De Gennaro chose an edited image of the ladies of Les Horribles Cernettes, whose nerdy song lyrics included the words "you say you love me but you never beep me." Part of the reason the upload was so revolutionary was because the Internet was previously seen as a place for conducting serious business, not having fun.

De Gennaro, who snapped the picture of the ladies for their next CD cover, never could have imagined the place it would have in history. "I didn't know what the Web was," he said later. "When history happens, you don't know that you're in it."

July 18 marks the photo upload's 20th anniversary.

A nude grandmother offered sex in exchange for not being arrested, according to reports.

A grandmother who was being arrested after a fight in a motel room allegedly offered sexual favors to the arresting officers.

Police called to a motel to check the welfare of a child found the girl and her grandmother naked. According to the police report, the other boy's grandmother called police because she was concerned that Jacqueline Burse was intoxicated while watching the child.

When officers arrived, Jacqueline Burse opened the door naked and began screaming obscenities. A fight occurred when police tried to handcuff Burse. During the scuffle Burse allegedly offered sexual favors, asking the officers "You want some of me?" while moving her legs, according to the local newspaper.

She was handcuffed and dressed in time, but she kept yelling and cursing at the officers. Burse was booked on suspicion of child neglect and resisting arrest. She has previous arrests for public intoxication, assault, prostitution and drugs.

Couple sues doctor for beheading newborn baby .................

A doctor delivering a newborn baby beheaded it and then tried to cover it up, according to a new lawsuit filed.

A Missouri obstetrician separated a baby's head from his body during labor and then pushed back the newborn and then performed an emergency caesarean on the mother to cover up the dreadful mistake, a couple of claims in court documents.

Arteisha Betts and Travis Ammonette, Florissant, filed a 10 count lawsuit in St. Louis County Circuit Court claiming doctors pushed her to have a vaginal birth, beheaded his son and then tried to hide it, according to news media reports. The details in the lawsuit are shocking. During a meeting, the couple said Dr. Susan Moore told them that their baby will be delivered by cesarean section because her belly was too big for a normal delivery.

Betts went into labor on March 22, just 28 weeks of what is normally a 40-week pregnancy. The doctor on duty at Mercy Medical Center St. John, Dr. Gilbert Webb, refused to perform a cesarean section and would only agree to a vaginal delivery, according to the lawsuit.

Webb refused to let them go to another hospital, "Betts consented to a vaginal delivery under pressure and force," the lawsuit said. During labor, the child's head appeared, but the rest of his body was stuck in the birth canal, the lawsuit said. In an attempt to take the child loose Webb applied pressure to the head and separate the head of the cervical spine, the lawsuit said.
Blood poured out from the newborn's neck in front of the parents, according to the lawsuit.

Webb then pushed the child's head and body back in the birth canal and rushed to perform a caesarean section, the lawsuit said.
During the procedure, Webb "completely removed the child's head from his body,” according to the lawsuit. Then the doctor tried to hide the terrible incident.

The lawsuit, names Webb and Moore, along with Midwest Maternal Fetal Medicine Services and Signature Medical Group as defendants.
The couple accused the group of manslaughter and negligence and seeks unspecified damages.

Woman Arrested For Not Stopping Husband From Stabbing Children......................

It was a nightmare for one mother from Florida, when her suicidal husband held her family hostage then stabbed her, her two young sons, another man, then stabbing and killing himself, also leaving one child dead, with his wife and his other son wounded.

When her husband killed himself Deanna DeJesus, 38, thought her nightmare was over, but it has all but just begun. Prosecutors arrested the mother and charged her with manslaughter and child neglect for failing to protect her kids as their father stabbed them during a hostage situation.

William DeJesus, drove his family to a Deerfield RV park where he forced them into a nearby RV, when the 76-year-old owner told them to leave his property, William shot and killed him. William then held the 76-year-old man's girlfriend at gunpoint and he called 911, telling the dispatcher he had "hijacked a woman."

When police arrived they could not enter the house as the 41-year-old father threatened to kill his family. Sadly during a seven-hour SWAT team standoff, William viciously stabbed every member of his family including himself. His 9-year-old son died from the stab wounds, his 7-year-old son and his wife, Deanna DeJesus, were both severely wounded before killing himself with the knife. The girlfriend of the RV owner was unharmed.

An autopsy found cocaine in both William DeJesus and in his 9-year-old boy. Authorities say Deanna DeJesus admitted she knew that her husband sometimes gave their children drugs, according to the news media.

Prosecutors argued that Deanna DeJesus should be imprisoned for “failure to act”. In court they allowed the jury to hear a statement from her surviving 7-year-old son, who told the investigators that he fought back against his father because his mother was doing nothing.

Defense attorney Terrence Moons said that his client was merely a victim of a homicidal rampage by her husband. She was stabbed, and wounded so severely that she was physically unable to help her children. "This is a massacre at the hands of a father," Moons told the court. "You can't go in and second-guess, 'Well, if you would've done this, then things would have ended differently,’” he said.

The jury found Deanna guilty of child neglect, but they were unable to reach a verdict on the manslaughter charge. she can spend up to 15 years in prison for the neglect charge alone.

Self acclaimed Boss of rap, Rick Ross is NOT engaged, contrary to a rumor that went viral two days ago.

On Wednesday, a gossip website claimed the rapper proposed to his longtime “girlfriend”, Shateria. According to the website:

“Rick got himself a REAL TREASURE in Shateria – and he KNOWS IT. We hear that he dropped a $500K diamond ring on her – to SEAL THE DEAL. Congrats to the HAPPY COUPLE!!!” the website reported.

We’re not sure where this outlet is hearing this information from, but it’s wrong. Ross and Shateria took to Twitter minutes after each other to slam the nonsense.

“I’m flattered by the rumors but … the Boss is still single ladies!” Ross tweeted.
“Don’t believe everything you read. Have a great day!” Shateria added.
